Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crazy Chic! We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our updated shipping process:

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Some orders may take 4–5 business days due to:
    • High order volume
    • Quality control checks
    • Equipment maintenance or unexpected delays

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Rush Shipping (Additional Charge): 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 6–12 business days (varies by country)

Shipping Charges

Domestic:

  • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹40 (including GST) extra per order
  • Reverse Shipping: Charges equal to forward shipping cost

International:

  • Charges vary depending on country and weight
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Additional Shipping Services

  • Rush Order Processing: ₹50 (including GST)
  • Custom Letter & Gift Wrap: ₹50 (including GST) per order

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and whatsapp.
  • Customers can also track orders directly through the track order page.

Undelivered Orders & RTO Handling

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
  • To reship an RTO order, the forward shipping cost must be paid again.
  • Note: RTO items are not refundable. You may place a new order with corrected details.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the processing stage.
  • Crazy Chic reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
    • Payment failure
    • Policy violations
    • Suspected fraud or misuse

Special Notes on Shipping

  • India Post Shipping: If your pin code is unserviceable by our standard couriers, we will use India Post. Relevant charges will be shown at checkout.
  • Multiple Orders: Items may ship separately depending on stock availability.
